RadiCS Quality Control Software
From calibration to asset management, acceptance and constancy testing, RadiCS offers complete QC management control for accurate and consistent diagnostic imaging. Precise Calibration
Monitor QC is critical to the maintenance of precise diagnostic imaging, and periodic calibration is essential to maintain constancy in image display. EIZO offers QC software RadiCS and sensors (GX2 for monochrome monitors, RX1 for color monitors) with a user-friendly interface in a unified QC management tool. It performs highly efficient and precise calibration to the DICOM Part 14 standard, and rectifies changes in characteristics caused by prolonged use. Acceptance and Constancy Testing
When installing or exchanging a monitor, acceptance testing is necessary to confirm proper image display, and periodic checks are indispensable during use. RadiCS can runs tests for pattern, luminance, grayscale, and uniformity according to two acceptance standards (AAPM and DIN) and four constancy standards (AAPM, DIN, IEC and JIS). Moreover, the step-by-step window explanations make all these operations easy. QC Data Records
The QC data results of each individual monitor is logged and made available for future reference. Asset Management
Model names, medical institution name, installation places and other information of each monitor, PC, and graphics boards can be registered and available for future consultation. Self-Calibration and Self-Diagnosis
Using the original factory setting data of each individual monitor and the backlight sensor in RadiForce monitors, RadiCS can perform ``self-calibration`` and ``self-diagnosis`` With the ``self-calibration`` function, RadiCS can perform brief calibration without using an external sensor. With the ``self-diagnosis`` function, the monitor will display a message requesting re-calibration, when luminance instabilities occur. This function can also be set to run periodically using the scheduling functions.
