The CXDI-50G is a one-of-kind portable Digital Radiography system designed for diverse applications that include trauma and bedside exams. It has a 14 x 17- inch imaging area and weighs only 10.6 lbs.
With a large imaging area and lightweight design, the CXDI-50G extends the range of exams possible with Digital Radiography. It is large enough for chest and abdominal X-rays. But the compact design also makes it as easy to position as a conventional film cassette or CR imaging plate when performing lateral or axial imaging of limbs and other areas. In addition, it is possible for a patient to easily hold the sensor unit in place during image capture.
The compact design allows the CXDI-50G to be used for a wide range of X-ray room applications. It can also be used at a patient’s bedside. When combined with a mobile X-ray unit, the CXDI-50G brings digital radiography directly to the patient. The efficient Canon Control Station stores every captured image and displays preview images on a touch-sensitive LCD Operation Panel. Built-in software provides extensive networking capabilities allowing convenient connections to PACS, RIS or any DICOM printer.
