RayShield® Overhead X-Ray Barriers and Shields
RayShield® Clear Lead Acrylic Ceiling Mounted Overhead Barriers provide the operational flexibility of being able to place a radiation protective barrier where you need it, with ease. Now RayShield® Barriers are offered with three types of ceiling mount systems. The first is a New Single Device Ceiling Mount that allows a full 360 degree rotation. The second is our Dual Mount that allows two devices to be mounted, each able to rotate approximately 230 degrees. The third is our New Central Axis Stacked Column that may have either two or three arms, ``Stacked`` one directly on top of another, each being able to rotate a full 360 degrees. The Dual Mount and Central Axis Ceiling Columns provide the added flexibility of mounting additional barriers, overhead surgical lamps, high pressure injectors or other devices, either initially or at a later date, without the cost or inconvenience of installing additional overhead ceiling columns. Our overhead barrier support arms are internally counterbalanced for easy, effortless movement.
Optional Ceiling Track System
Our Easy-Glide™ Carriage can be used with any Overhead Barriers and Surgical Lamps when you utilize our dual mount and single mount ceiling mounts. The track has an overall length of 2.5 meters (98.5``) and comes equipped with one trolley that handles one ceiling mount column. A second trolley can be special ordered.
Optional Wall Mount
Our Ceiling Mounted Barriers can also be wall mounted with the addition of this optional wall mount. Wall Mount matches up with any of our dual mount arms, but is equipped for mounting one arm only.
