Positioning Rolls
Positioning rolls are designed to assist in the control of posture in lying. They are for use by people who have little or no mobility to move themselves or alter position. postural control positioning rolls are also often called T Rolls, T-cushions, bed rolls, etc. A range of sizes are available and also an inflatable model for those trips away from home when carrying space is at a premium. The correct use of these positioning rolls will help in the prevention of contractures and pressure sores and in the control of spasticity. They are comfortable to use in most cases and may relieve associated back pain.
T Roll
The single roll is used to stabilise posture in side lying. The T Roll is used to control position of the body in supine lying.
Inflatable Roll
Standard rolls have a CMHR foam filling and are available with a soft texture Terry cloth or a waterproof cover. A range of sizes are available as shown on the reverse. An inflatable roll model is also available for those trips away from home. This is available in two sizes and a pump is supplied to make the task of inflating easy and quick. For added safety, all materials are fire retardant and with the standard rolls, the covers can be removed. Spare Terry covers can be supplied to cover the laundering times. We recommend that potential users seek appropriate medical guidance for selection and use.
Posture Support Harness
The Patricia posture support harness and Sheena posture support harness models are intended for small children and small adults. When using such a posture support harness, which provides torso support, we advise that the pelvis is stabilised. Some seating systems specifically designed for the user may provide this stability; if there is any doubt we recommend that a pelvic belt is used.
Matrix Seating System
The Matrix Seating System is a cost effective, tailor made seating system, highly adaptable for the most complex seating support requirements. It can be adjusted to meet changing requirements thereby avoiding the expense of a new system when the user requirements change. The C & S Seating T-Matrix is suitable for vehicle transport.

This headrest is suitable for attachment to a wide range of wheelchairs and seating systems. The design avoids the potential danger from a horizontal adjustment bar. It is suitable for vehicle transport.
