He has sixteen years of clinical experience as a general internist and worked for Siemens Health Solutions developing and implementing the Siemens Rules Engine. Dr. Dulcey is a member of the Clinical Decision Support Committee and the Arden Syntax Special Interest Group of Health Level 7.
