This data demonstrating the importance of radiotherapy consolidation with low dose and reduced volume, in all clinical stage of childhood Hodgkin's disease, producing satisfactory ten years overall survival and event free survival. Our results, though retrospective, suggests that patients who were able to receive radiotherapy performed better and were expected to achieve better local control when compared to patients whom for any reason were not able to undergo radiotherapy. As the disease is highly curable, any data of long term follow-up should be presented in order to better direct therapy, and to identify groups of patients who would not benefit from radiation treatment.
