CenterStone Software, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Matthew Meyer, the Chief Technology Officer of a large New England based architectural firm. Meyer had grown frustrated trying to service clients with disparate data systems and point solutions and envisioned a change in corporate real estate similar to the way Oracle and SAP had consolidated financial functions into an enterprise solution.
CenterStone was launched to build a single, integrated, collaborative platform to manage the entire workplace, which leveraged the pervasiveness and ease of use of Web-based technologies. This pioneering vision is reflected in the current landscape for corporate real estate technology.
