FlexsysPAKTM features programmable pallets. Each pallet is driven by the linear servo embedded in the track. Each pallet is automatically synchronized to the speed and cycle time of the process or station it enters, independently from the other pallets on the line so work in process and accumulators are optimized, continuous and indexed operations can run simultaneously on a single system platform and ultimately, the system achieves much higher overall equipment efficiencies. The FlexsysPAKTM system boosts overall uptime and packaging productivity, while improving overall equipment efficiency. Packaging operations from blister form fill and seal to cartoning and case packing can be configured around FlexsysPAKTM.
