The model E889 is a large, self-contained version of our popular Ultrasonic Washers. Utilized in applications ranging from dental clinics aboard the U.S. Navy to small hospitals, the E889 can accommodate a large volume of instruments. By providing a fully automatic, single pushbutton, PLC controlled cycles, this model ultrasonically cleans and rinses using powerful Squarewave ultrasonic technology and hot air dries instruments in a hands-free approach to pre-sterilization instrument preparation
Counter Recessed Ultrasonic Parts Washer
Automated Ultrasonic Parts Washers are designed to simplify the pre-sterilization instrument preparation process. The preprogrammed cycles are very similar to that of a dishwasher but our process incorporates high-powered Squarewave ultrasonic technology. Esma`s ultrasonic washers create a hands-off procedure that includes all the steps: ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing and hot air drying. Load it and push a button! It`s that simple. Ultrasonic parts washers are also available as self-contained washers for large clinic applications. Ultrasonic Washers can accommodate large baskets of loose instruments or racks holding instrument cassettes and easily fit into your instrument management system. These counter recessed washers are available in three sizes: 10x12x8 (Tank ID), 10x15x6, and 11x13x11 and can be customized to fit your particular requirements.
Multi Chambered / Counter Recessed
Multi-chambered, counter-recessed, ultrasonic systems are designed to streamline the pre-sterilization instrument preparation area of the office. By combining a powerful Squarewave ultrasonic cleaning chamber, a unique rinsing chamber that couples powerful ultrasonics with flushing hot water, and a hot air drying chamber all the pre-sterilization steps are available in a self-contained system. Made in a variety of sizes, multi-chambered equipment can handle all your cleaning requirements whether it is loose instruments or large cassettes while keeping personnel instrument handling to a minimum.
Square Wave
Our ultrasonic cleaning equipment operates with a Squarewave signal at a primary resonant frequency of 40 kHz. A Squarewave signal maximizes power and creates an acoustic output pregnant in harmony which results in a multi-frequency tank vibrating simultaneously at several harmonic frequencies of the primary resonant frequency. Our circuitry superimposes a dual Squarewave to create a continuous complete signal at constant amplitude. The combined effect of this technology creates an ultrasonic cleaner suitable for any application

Tabletop Ultrasonic Cleaners Featuring Squarewave Technology
Esma offers a full line of single tank tabletop ultrasonic cleaners featuring powerful Squarewave ultrasonic technology and all stainless steel construction. They come standard with 15-minute timers and ball valve drains. Heated baths with a variety of control options are available on all our units. Tabletop equipment is also available as cascading ultrasonic rinse tanks, hot air drying tanks or made to accommodate a pump filter system.
