Electropolishing Equipment Made From Non-Corroding Alloys
Esma electropolishers are used to polish and deburr small, precision machined, stainless steel and chrome-cobalt items in seconds. This equipment is constructed of stainless steel with cathodes and holding assemblies made from non-corroding alloys. The polishing solution temperature is automatically controlled by a heater/cooling fan combination, which in conjunction with precision timing and voltage control provide a high luster and reproducible results while maintaining a long solution life.
Esma Stainless Steel electrolyte E972 is a mild proprietary formulation, the results of Esma research. Electrolytes are also available for chrome-cobalt and nickel-chrome.
