Blood-Based Early Diagnosis Assay for the Alzheimer’s Disease
The ACGT ProGenomics AG has been developing a reliable, sensitive, and economical test since 2001, which will be suited to diagnose amyloidogenic diseases like the Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, or BSE/CJD early. The diagnose will not only be limited to persons who already show clinical symptoms of an amyloidogenic disease, but it will also allow the diagnosis of the approaching disease. With regard to medical check-ups this is especially important. The test uses a sensitive procedure based on flow cytometry. |
