
PACS provider American Medical Sales, Inc. has taken orders for another 31 PACS sites from its distributor network from September 1st through early November of 2008. Pleasant, MI), Med Express (Boca Rotan, FL), American Family Care (Birmingham, AL), The Clinic PC (Toxey, AL), O'Sullivan Imaging (Victoria, TX), Adult Medicine of Marietta (Marietta, GA), Rudder Chiropractic Clinic (Winchester, TN), Allied Health of Wisconsin (Medford, WI), McMillian Animal Clinic (Flowood, MS), Canada College (Redwood City, CA), Dr. Casillas (San Antonio, TX), Pasteur Medical Associates (San Antonio, TX), Spinal Corrective Care (Trussville, AL), Gulf Coast Community College (Panama City, FL), Kelly Animal Hospital (Circle Pines, MN), Hu Hu Kane (Sacaton, AZ), Premier Orthopedic & Sports Medicine (Hattiesburg, MS), Amite County Medical (Liberty, MS), Palmetto Family Medicine (Columbia, SC), Western Illinois University (Macomb, IL), Little Rock Diagnostic (Little Rock, AR), Diagnostic Lab & Radiology (Burbank, CA).

The orders listed above consisted of products from both AMS' MIDAS line of mid-sized PACS solutions and its PACS-in-a-BOX products designed for private practices and imaging centers. In addition, a number of end-users are upgrading to include some of AMS' advanced imaging tools, such as the OsteoGram bone density testing software and TraumaCad orthopedic templating software.
