The Challenge
MedQuest Associates, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a leading operator of fixed-site, outpatient diagnostic imaging centers. The Company operates a network of 77 centers in 12 states primarily throughout the southeastern and southwestern United States. MedQuest has grown rapidly and profitably in its 10 years of operation. The MedQuest challenge was finding a highly reliable PACS system with virtually limitless scalability.

Piedmont Hospital
The Challenge
Piedmont Hospital is a 500 bed private, not-for-profit acute-care tertiary facility offering most major medical, surgical and diagnostic services. With decreasing reimbursements, the Piedmont challenge was to find a cost effective solution to offset the surmounting costs and inefficiencies of printing, storage, and distribution of film to referring physicians.
The Solution
Starting in the neonatal unit, Neurostar was able to successfully streamline the distribution and retrieval of radiology images with a custom tailored web-based PACS solution. Neurostar produced a flexible, affordable, and secure system for digital image distribution that can be accessed from any personal computer`s web browser.
