Founded in 1971 by Josef Betschart, Josef Betschart AG went into the business of manufacturing electromechanical components. During that time, the development and manufacture of high voltage transformers and other special products for industry was the mainstay of the company`s business.
One of our core competences is the development of x-ray technology and the manufacture of modern x-ray generators, high frequency x-ray generators and Bucky devices. Beginning with high voltage transformers for modern x-ray generators, over the last few years the company has developed a range of high frequency x-ray generators which are sold all over the world.
All our products are manufactured in our well equipped manufacturing plant and in close cooperation with our customers.
