Medisoft Nursing Home - Basic
The scope of the Medisoft Nursing Home Basic would normally applicable for a 20-30 bedded nursing home.

Medisoft Nursing Home - Integrated
This multi-user integrated software has been specially designed to cater to all activities of a nursing home with about 50 beds. The functions covered are:
Registration, Reception
In the registration module, demographic details, referral doctor, consulting doctor details are captured. Patients can be registered as individual or sponsored. For sponsored patients’ corporate information is captured.
OUTPATIENT MANAGEMENT
Vital signs, complaints, diagnostic and treatment procedures are captured for all the patients visit wise. Doctors available time is recorded and scheduling of appointments are done. Doctor’s available status and appointment status can be obtained at any point of time
INPATIENT MANAGEMENT, WOUND CERTIFICATES, MEDICO LEGAL CASES, MLC
This module handles patient admission, patient discharge and transfer. While registering in-patients, details of the consulting doctor, admitting doctor, admission date, admission time, case and room information are captured. Bed transfer details and discharge details are also captured. Visitor enquiry is possible based on name, sex, city, admission date, etc. Medico legal cases can be identified separately and MLC and wound certificates can be generated.
Billing, Cash Collections
This module covers the complete billing function, which is integrated with every service-providing module. It can also be integrated with financial accounting. Daily cash collection from OP and IP are captured. Automatic final bill generation for in-patients based on the advance collection and interim bills raised for that patient. This module also facilitates collection of credit bill payment
OPENING STOCK ENTRY, SALES RETURN, REAGENTS INVENTORY, AUTO ANALYZER
Scope of the chemist module covers the computerization of chemists and pharmacies. Functions, which are covered in the chemist module, are purchase and sales of medicines, opening stock entry, stock transfer within the premises, purchase and sales return of medicines, and money management. This module also facilitates adjustment of stock and privileges can also be set depending on the level of user. Following reports can be generated Laboratory Information System
The Lab Information System addresses the following processes:
- Test requisition entry
- Test results entry
- Test result authentication
- Test result printing
- Billing
- Reagents inventory
- Optionally, Consolidated Cybernetics can interface the auto analyzer directly to the LIS
Financial Accounting (General Ledger)
The general ledger modules cover day books (cash, bank, purchase, sales and JV), ledgers, trail balance, profit and loss statements and balance sheet. Posting can be in batch mode or online mode.
